BEGINNER’S WORKSHOP

Breakthrough your spintimidation in this 45 min workshop. Feel comfortable & confident in any cycling class by learning the basics. First 25 min off-bike instruction and discussion, followed by 20-minute lite ride with training tips and optional modifications. Workshop offered as a special event, requiring purchase of EVENT PASS; memberships and class passes do not apply.
